      Pros

      It truly deserves that title and lives up to its promise of a family-oriented environment. Everyone is so welcoming and the culture strikes a fantastic balance between work and play. I am given the tools and the freedom (as well as the responsibility associated with it) to produce results and project completions. If I find something I think is worth pursuing, I simply run with it and that's what our greatest strength is: we are confident in ourselves and each other to deliver.

      There is too much food in the break room.

      Pros

      Inabia is a small but growing company that cares about their employees, contractors and clients alike. No one is a number, we are all a part of a family. Inabia's motto is to build strong, professional relationships with clients and not just be a sourcing firm that pumps out candidates that they find on social media sites. Good benefits, good management that cares, good co workers that help each other and the ability to have ownership and creativity that is respected to help the company grow.

      Cons

      none that I can see, but if I had to name one is to update our CRM.

      I love Inabia! Everyone in here is like family member. The working atmosphere here is so positive and enjoyable.
