      None as such I found in 1.8 years

      Cons

      You leaves never gets approved, No Work From Home, NO sick leaves. No Buy Out option and yes all things being promised before joining the company. Management is only to give you mental harassment. I never seen or heard such kind of work culture in my entire career.
