      Pros

      This is a company that does not value its employees at all. They only care about clients and work and have no heart.

      Cons

      Truly working people are not valued here, only people with good PR skills and higher post are appreciated here, despite of them doing the least work and just delegating stuff. Management only delegates work, they do not even bother to come on client and project acquisition calls which tell you about the seriousness of management in projects. There are no projects here and people are either fired or they resign as soon as they join this company, such is the work culture here.
