Cons

Three Months Notice Period Incompetent Senior Management Lack of infrastructure and Facilities (have you seen their other office, it is pathetic) No Standard Policies Irresponsible HR No future visibility of work across the organization Politics and Red-Tapism in every Business Unit Uncultured people and culture of threatening people Countless hours of work, with zero appreciation They are trying to phase out WFH, you will be called to the office unnecessarily. Compensation policies are outdated No team culture, people will either try to take credit or delegate work Never join INCEDO even if they promise better pay, you will regret your decision within 2 months guranteed!!!!

Pros

There is not even a single positive point left in Incedo.

Cons

Forcing employees to come to the office, unnecessarily. Senior Management and HR make decisions without considering employees' perspectives. 3 months notice period. Even though they seek immediate joiners while hiring, which is hypocritical. Managers and directors will make your life miserable if you join the Life Sciences Department by mistake. There is a lot of politics and boot licking in this organization. Please refrain from joining Incedo, especially the Life Sciences Department, and join somewhere else even at a lesser-paying offer, because within 3-6 months you will be regretting your decision to join Incedo. Your managers will make sure of that.

Pros

Nothing at all. Earlier WFH was a plus point, but now they are forcing people to come to the office physically, even if it means wasting an hour of your time in commute and decreasing your productivity.

Cons

Unlike forced reviews by HR, this is the true picture of Life Sciences in Incedo: 1. There have been recent hirings of Higher Management (Directors and Sr. Managers) in the Life Sciences department and the INCEDO TEAM SPIRIT has been thrown off completely by these new people. 2. They do not know how to even talk to employees. They seem to have been blinded by their designations. People openly threaten their direct reportees with demotion and firing. 3. There is no open door policy here anymore and if someone tries to skip the hierarchy, their lives are turned upside down by their senior. 4. Senior Management does not know how to provide constructive feedback anymore. It feels like we are in college being ragged by our seniors, especially in the Life sciences department. These people seriously need to change their tone and attitude or else there are going to be massive resignations. 5. It seems that Incedo is hiring senior people either just on the basis of their previous brand or if someone up the hierarchy knows a person, regardless of their competencies, because these people are not competent in understanding the nature of work, LS domain or properly talk to the employees working under them. 6. The higher management is busy playing the blame game and is not at all bothered about the lack of business and clients in Life Sciences. 7. There is no proper channels/technology for discussing things with your manager. It is all verbal and there is no measuring and management system in place. They don't even have an appraisal system, it is all in Excel and mail just like in the old century. 8. Nobody is bothered about teamwork and org goals, people are just trying to avoid work at their level and keep on delegating things from one level to another. 9. Higher Management, in general, is very rude in Life Sciences. They do not know how to talk to people and will ask you to work continuously to meet deadlines which you neven agreed to since day 1. 10. They will pay as much as the other person demands in fresh hiring, but once you are in, your value is worthless and you will rue the day you joined here within the first 6 months, for sure. Honest suggestion - If you are being hired for Life Sciences in Incedo, please steer clear or your peace of mind will be lost and you will never grow. Take a job will lesser pay but you will be safe from this toxicity.
