      Healthy Environment & Great workplace. Company has vision and motivating and aligning its resources with Company growth and their Career Growth. Provide good Learning space and support to achieve various certifications on new emerging technologies. Provide salary structure as per market standards. Focused more on Career growth, learning and overall development of resources. Ample of projects and very good work environment. Onsite opportunities.

      Cons

      No Cons as such. Its been more than 5 years i am with Incedo and i could say i have grown overall here with good support from learning department, working on cloud projects and especially HR support for good work life balance.

      1. on time salary 2. Maternity leave, paternity leave 3. PF, medical insurance 4. Easy interviews since the interviewer might not know what they are interviewing for

      Cons

      If you are looking for a job to work for sometime and then move on ...This is the best company. You can get hired and asked to join immediately with bonus etc....But once you join, it is up to the management to fire you anytime without notice even though you work as hard as hell, get client appreciation etc. There is no carrier growth or learning. Since the firing of employees is immediate, they hire new folks based on immediate requirement as there is no one in bench without proper interview and knowledge. Finally the project goes on a escalation due to inexperienced team.
