1) Too much micro management..they will say flexible timing but your senior will always keep a watch on you.they want you to sit in office irrespective of work 2) WHO ARE YOU After leaving they will say like that .you need to struggle a lot to get FnF...write BIG mails to SMALL folks 3) not employee friendly 4) Company can cut your variable payment at any time without any reason ( they will use covid-19 now for at least 2 years) 5) 90 days notice period They would search candidates who are on notice period or less than 30 fast NP but itself has 90 says NP.. unprofessional.. unethical.. hypocrite.. 6) Some managers understand that they are only running the company and boast of a lot.they have ruined Incedo since years...

They are led by confused people. They have only one policy Hire and Fire which they apply to all, irrespective of performance . When they will fire they will deduct relocation and Joining Bonus from you. If you don't agree they will frighten you that they will add something bad in relieving letter. Beware of the calls from who will recruit you from far Location and after few months fire you by saying that client is not having enough work. There clients takes the interview and hires and then after few months fires the candidate by saying we are not having enough work on your technology. Beware of this Company calls of interview. And you will find the worst HR in this company itself.
