The higher management of the organization are nothing but boot legger of CEO and mid level management with zero management experience. The team are functioning due to some senior technical team members. Day by day they are losing every client they have. They do not have any project & job security. as soon as you get release from project, they ask you to pack your things. All the fake review on sites are purchased from PR agencies. Freshers here are not having any work and they are forced by HR to write good reviews about company. And at the last CEO HAS SINGLE VISION FOR THE ORGANIZATION, TO SALE AS MUCH AS HIS BOOK COPIES. company purchased 2-3 copies from its pockets pet employees(most were reimbursed for second book) there is official program of company where the employee promoting the book maximum get maximum exposure in org.

Too many to count. Top 5 are below: 1. Toxic Middle Managers. They'd expect that you work 8 to 11. You'd get managers call at night 12 or weekends as well. 2. Peanuts appraisal: 4% average. In some case they'd cheat by putting you on PIP just before appraisal time, make you work 200% and still give 0% hike. 3. Forced participation on company activities. You'd have tonnes of work and still you'd be asked to participate in bazzilion activities and later you'd have to work overtime to make up loss of time. 4. They say flexible work, but additional work from home ( more than 2 days a week ) can potentially count as LEave without Pay. 5. You will be Buried in meetings. At night you will attend client side meetings which your manager will not join.
