      Pros

      All of the seniors are pretty supportive and chill. They helped me a lot during my projects. Added some really important inputs in my overall development. Also after joining as a fresher, Incedo will provide you some good trainings before handling the clients. So that's a pretty good thing wrt a fresher.

      Pros

      Trains you well in multiple tech stacks for initial 1-2 months. Organize competitions among teams under great mentorship. Encourages you to get certifications. Great work life balance. Didn't feel much pressure till now. You can do the work however you want. Work hours are quite flexible. Plenty of time for ourselves too. I wanted to shift development from testing on first day and was shifted right away. So the people here are great too.

      Three months notice period which is too much.
