      Honestly ? No pros Maybe for someone who by lucky draw got good projects

      Lots of cons Infact Everything is con about this company Id you are reading my review ,with all due to respect do not join this company if you dont want to spoil your carrier. You ll meet lots of people who will initially say that they will help you and reach out Anytime but they wont see or reply or even refuse to meet incase you feel some difficulty They do not have any projects Soo learning is zero here. Management is pathetic ,all the HR are even more pathetic . You ll feel helpless and stuck here and feel no one is there for you. Trust me bro/sis Please i beg you not to join this company.Other positive reviews you see here are either from someone who got a good project ( probability of which is very low) or are paid .

      Only money..That is the only reason people get trap here !!!

      1. Very bad management, not focusing on team only few people gets rewards, attention and hikes who are good in boot licking. 2. Too much partiality with the employees. 3. Very unstable teams due to bad behavior of managers. 4. No good work only legacy work. 5. Management thinks that all the problems can be fixed by giving good packages to new joiners, but no one stays more than 1-2 years. 6. CEO also and funny guy..He wrote a waste book 'Winning in a digital age' and then task was assigned to managers to push the employees to purchase this book just to claim as best seller. ( Best part is our money got reimbursed ). All this happened to get the fake best seller claim. 7. It can be seen if the CEO himself is fake then company just his reflection..Just made false promises and commitments . 8. Few people who have support from the managers thinks that they only running this company..Bad peers attitude. 9. Once you put down your papers the harrasment starts..Managers will treat you as an enemy and either they will shout at you or they will not talk to you at all. Pathetic environment. 10. I could see there are so many positive comments about this company, I am sure that company is not the one which I am talking about. May be it exist in parallel universe ...

      The Technical Support Engineer job is crap. Absolutely worst management possible. More of a customer service than technical Support. Don't go for this profile at least. This tec support process is not worth it and it is a huge dip in your career.
