      -> I got to interact with all the team members of my upcoming team, Reporting person also explained all the roles and responsibilities very clearly -> Got to know much more about company environment and projects even before joining -->Interaction with Pallavi and Bhuvan was also very interactive and Explanatory --> THe whole process was very smooth

      It’s totally depends on the project and team.

      Cons

      Lot’s of politics WFH and leave Policy are for name sake. There are some narrow minded people who talk ill about female employees
