A lot, for starters
- No uniform policies, they vary from manager to manager, considering how critical you are to the project
- Too many changes in higher management, yet nothing good ever happened
- People are too proud to help anyone. Most of them have been promoted unreasonable without deserving the same. (Just because you are a program manager or AVP, doesn't mean you are above others)
- Third grade projects, they need to understand that clients are not GODS. I am sure if someday client asks the employees to jump off a cliff, the company would force the employees to do so as well.
- They are not honest with their clients and always over commit. The company does not have a skill set available but they show that they are experts to the client. At the end it is the employees who suffer.
- They have no respect for the employees. You may have to work for 12 hours and no one would ever care.
- I can keep on going, but I think you get the idea.
