      They have lost all the good things about them, it is has become a bogus company now.

      Where do I start, there are a lot of cons! Firstly three months notice period is way too much. They are not worried about getting new clients at all, even when it's high time and they are losing a lot of business. CXOs and Sr. Management has no interest in company's performance and employee issues. Employees have been really vocal here with the real issues, but Management doesn't even care to answer a single one of them. Have they? Incompetent people have been given too much power and high position here. They fail to understand that you have not enslaved people, sooner or later they will retaliate.

      You can get a better package than other companies.

      Cons

      If you will go through the reviews you will notice there are many 5 star reviews from company directors or assistants recently.... Which reveals what you want to know. Employee rate this company very low and so they have to mange the number by themselves. - lack of good leadership in middle and lower level. - there is no family life if you join this company - you cannot say 'no' at any time to your manager. - focused more on meetings over quality - when hired you will be shown stars and during exit you will be shown boot. - management will treat you as a robot rather a human. Pressure, pressure and pressure. During exit you will feel like you are in hell. They will forget all your contribution and will treat you like a slave. - politics and monopoly every where inside this company.

      No Automation in Testing work good for only manual testers No puchin punchout times

      Cons

      Management is not good If you resigned then all your bonus and other variable component will be vanished and even HR will not entertain you nicely. Manager and HR will is not respond you query when you resigned. Neother received the calls nor reply on the mail.
