      Working weekends, Late night works, No comp off for working weekend and late night works, abusing language by senior management like HOD.

      Cons

      micro management, very low appraisal this year and last year for. Employee can only enter from back door of building , from gate of building is only for clients and higher managements. DISCRIMINATION

      Flexible timings but you have to complete 9 hrs like labours

      Never recommend to anyone to join, people are doing just politics around senior management and surviving if you don't do, you will be fired

However, your experience indicates that we have the opportunity to improve further, in certain pockets. I would like to reiterate that people related decisions are extremely well thought through, as we ensure fairness in approach towards all.
