      No Pros Worst Company to work Non proper management Full of politics Just increasing the employee count

      Cons

      They are doing firing and hiring. Firing and forcefully making employees to resign. Too much micro management. Manager fills the goal sheet himself for the employee without his/ her consent. Hiring new employee just to showcase. Old legacy support projects no proper KT. Partiality between new and old employees. Hire for some other domain and the project allocation is done in some other domain irrespective of employees interest and skillset. Spoiling careers.

      Only 2 reasons to work at Incedo - company is growing, so you can grow faster (provided you are past of an efficient team, which is rare) - clients are still trusting Incedo, so future is bright, for now - this could change

      Cons

      - Extremely bad leadership (dictatorship, God syndrome) - policies are just a placeholder, nothing concrete you’ll find - the organisation at large feels like a shop for promoting CEO and his book - misplaced priorities - micromanagement - zero consideration on employee health and well-being (don’t go by what they claim on social media - hardly 1% population is happy being here) - some of us were forced to write good reviews on Glassdoor and only after leaving, I could share an honest review pro tip - anyone looking to join Incedo - check other people in your line of business - reach out on LinkedIn and get honest review - you might want them to reconsider.

      Pros

      Few Policies are good. 1. Salary Structure 2. Reimbursement 3. Flexible work timings 4. Work life balance(Depends on projects)

      Cons

      Below are the cons which are really there in the company. 1. No good project/ No projects 2. Loosing projects day by day 3. Managers are not good specially product engineering. 4. HRBP never listens to employee problems. They are useless. You will ping them, mail them multiple times they wont reply. 5. Fear of loosing job as projects are limited and not stable. 6. Appraisals are not good and no one is there to listen if you raise the concern. 7. No growth professionally. 8. Three months notice period is a big issue. you will loose good opportunities. 9. Managers are selfish. They don't want to see people growing. They wont provide you the opportunities.
