      There is not good reason to work in this company

      Cons

      1. Managers have Attitude and ego problem. 2. If person is on notice period , they make pressure on person to take a buy out . 3. Politics in higher management 4. No job security, company works on hiring and firing policy. 5. HR specially in don't know how to talk to employee ' they threat employee that we will write bad note in their relieving letter.

      time flexibility is good and other than that nothing is good

      Cons

      Management do what there clients ask them to do, so if you want to work in a company where good work doesn't matter.
