      There are no pros right now to work in this organization.

      Cons

      Worst Management. Hire and Fire policy. There is no job security. Client can do anything here. You work like a slave. If they want you out of the team, company will ask you to leave and not care about you.

      Pros

      - If you are joining from outside they give pay above the market standards - Salary breakup will be good (have provision to claim tax exemption for certain components) I can think of only one pros

      Cons

      - Less project, so if project closed you will be asked to resign in a month time - WFH not available in many project. Check the project you are joining - If you are in Telecom domain its hire and fire policy. If you are looking for Lead or higher role then my advice is not to join. In offer letter the designation will be whatever you are asking, but the actual role you will be doing is "Senior Developer" which is not good for career growth down the line if you are planning to switch over to a different company

      No Pros only negative feedback due to worst experience faced during the employment with Incedo!

      Cons

      Pathetic Management Worst Culture No Hybrid Working and employee benefits HR is not at all helpful with some pathetic people on the senior management roles No learning at work place and Senior management doesn’t support junior employees at all
