      Pros

      Good technical work. more responsibility for each individual task. Opportunity to get growth in every area.

      Cons

      Bad HR policies. Lack of transparency in the system. HR is more of a management puppet than being employee friendly. Provides more of LALA company culture than of an MNC. (it might improve)

      1. They have really good talent. 2. Employee are helpful. 3. Great Vision. 4. Compensation is average.

      Cons

      1. No transparency in any management decision. 2. Too many leads in projects so chance to grow is minimal. 3. Work culture is more of non-IT. 4. Appraisals are due for some people for 2 years.
