      Pros

      Incedo has a great work culture with supportive teams that encourage collaboration. There are plenty of training and certification opportunities, which help in skill development and career growth. The work environment is positive, and leadership is approachable.

      Cons

      One challenge is that project alignment takes a lot of time, which can cause delays in getting assigned to meaningful work. This could be improved to ensure smoother transitions and better utilization of talent.

      Pros

      I had a very good experience working in Incedo. I made some very good friends here because of the open culture that they have. They focus on Employee well-being. I got a lot of learning opportunities due to their work-life balance and in-house Incedo University.

      Cons

      I wish they could have a bigger office to accomodate people from the smaller offices in the same building to build more bonding and collaboration.
