      Beware pega developers

      Pros

      HR believes in ethics becoz of which even though there is pressure from pega heads to move out pega resources from incedo for no project, HR is not willing to do so .

      Cons

      Only 1 client that too ramped down in October only decisioning project is there now Most of the pega team is on bench and scared when they will be asked to leave. Pega team is good and tech strong but everyone leaving the company slowly Almost 50 pega people including 1 LSA absconded last year because of work torcher and unrealistic expectations. No LSA available in the company now. Senior leadership of data and AI is not aware of BPM technologies as a result of which no new clients are being added

      Pros

      Get to work in Private Equity which is tough for freshers to get into this field.

      Cons

      1. Management doesn't support. retaining people with 6 months experience and not giving promotions to one who deserves. You Need an offer from Other company to geg Retention hike otherwise don't expect. Management doesn't know about Increment Cycle and give fake promises to all the Employees.

      They do not have competent people here

      Cons

      They hire people without any thinking I have been here for 6 months, every other month they put me in sone valueless project that gets scrapped after a few weeks. One is better unemployed that joining here.
