      Pros

      Depends if you have a good manager you will sail through. Otherwise, the management has been crappy and loves the bootlickers rather than good serious employees.

      Cons

      There are many but I would say if you love the job you were doing previously you will hate it here. don't go looking for some few hike because that not worth here.
