      nothing to say much as there is no pros

      Cons

      HRs don't know anything. They'll do what managers are asked to. No strong management in HR side. Even in project, High experience profile are not having any flexibility to adopt to the new technology. For the cloud technology, they'll make you to implement 10 yrs old methodology. Here also there weak to none leadership. ( all relevant to wealth management domain)

      Pros

      nothing except that it was near to my home.

      Cons

      - they fire anyone anytime. Not for married people definately. - no good projects. - HR recruitment team are big liers. - More than 43 senior people from different teams have filed court cases on them. - Management dont have idea what direction they should take to retain the project. I was fired along with 2 people.
