Pros

I’ve been with the company for over 3 years now, and I can confidently say that the work environment is one of the best I’ve experienced. From day one, the team made me feel welcome, and I quickly realized how much the leadership values open communication, inclusivity, and collaboration. The office atmosphere is friendly and professional, with a strong emphasis on mutual respect and support among colleagues. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand or offer advice, which makes for a very positive and motivating workplace culture.

Cons

I love working at Incedo. No cons to share.

Pros

There is nothing positive about this company.

Cons

U.S. employees are not valued and underpaid. One can exceed expectations even to the point of rivaling the employees from the company where one is contracted to work at. There are language barrier issues that can affect in getting benefits. Promotions are non existent and verbal communication on contract termination is abysmal. They provide misleading information relevant to end of contract and rehire opportunities. I strongly suggest avoiding this company. Hard work is not appreciated.

Pros

-Some very insightful technical connects(Webinars) with senior management. -Affordable lunch options (though not exceptional). -Possibility of severance pay. -Great fit for those who enjoy meditation and wellness activities. -Minimal to no workload, especially for freshers.

Cons

- Mandatory 5-Day Work From Office (Not a bad thing, but at least allot some actual work that matters, to those people) - Lack of Work ethics (All core values go into dump when business is suffering) - Limited Projects in Certain Locations(be cautious) - Client Interviews May Not Happen (The Resource Management Group (RMG) often struggles to secure client interviews for employees to join projects.) - Trainings provided may not add any significant value to your skillset.(Just for namesake) -Frequent Changes in Higher Management(bad Sign)
