The company thrives on micromanagement, creating a toxic environment where employees are treated more like machines than professionals. HR is unresponsive and dismissive, offering no support for employee concerns and enforcing rigid, outdated policies that prioritize control over fairness. HR behaves like they are the CEOs of the company and they are depressed in their life. If you ask openly every employee will say bad. There is no regard for work-life balance or mental health, and any attempt to address these issues is met with apathy. Promotions and growth opportunities are virtually non-existent, with favoritism ruling decisions instead of merit. The constant pressure, lack of recognition, and zero flexibility make it clear that the company values compliance over its people.
