Where do I start, there are a lot of cons!
Firstly three months notice period is way too much.
They are not worried about getting new clients at all, even when it's high time and they are losing a lot of business.
CXOs and Sr. Management has no interest in company's performance and employee issues.
Employees have been really vocal here with the real issues, but Management doesn't even care to answer a single one of them. Have they?
Incompetent people have been given too much power and high position here. They fail to understand that you have not enslaved people, sooner or later they will retaliate.
