Their policies are not to benefit employees, but for the management to take a U-Turn anytime they feel like. HR is pathetic and useless here, all they do is force people to sit in events that are a repetition of what we have been bored with 100s of times. In short, HR is a management's puppet and has no interest of employees in mind. If you do not want to be harassed with low quality work, completely destroying your personal life and peace of mind, stay away!

Cloud is the worst department to work for, thankfully I am out of that mess now. Leaders in the cloud department are very rude, and condescending and support nepotism. They only favor people that have brought in to this company with them, who were also their ex-colleagues. Please never join this company, specifically the cloud side, I was fortunate enough to get out of such a toxic and counter-productive environment, you may not.
