Pros
Initially they will give good salaries so that you can join. colleagues are great there.
Cons
Less upraisal. Managers are useless and toxic.. very partial towards some people who are worthless and don't even have proper product knowledge. No new client acquisition and old clients are showing less interest. Basically no project security and hence no job security. Also the CEO has made his book Amazon best seller.. by asking the employees to buy 2-3-4 copies and reimburse the employee ultimately from company's pocket.
