      No pros at all here.

      Cons

      No good appraisals or appreciation. Feedback is often one-sided, with little room for employee input. Certain individuals receive preferential treatment, favouritism across leadership which creates an unfair work environment and impacts appraisals. Goal sheet is only for name sake. Rating and appraisals are given as per the favouritism.

      Work environment is very pro-Indian. The CEO can behave in a very condescending and intimidating way. The CEO thinks it is okay to yell at his employees.
