      Pros

      As a fresher, this was a great place to start my career. I had opportunities to work across multiple products, domains, and projects, which helped me build a strong foundation quickly. There was openness to exploration, and Product Managers and Business Analysts were receptive to design proposals and new ideas, making collaboration smooth and encouraging.

      Cons

      After a few years, the role began to feel limiting in terms of growth and progression. Work timings were often challenging due to a significant portion of the team being based in the US. Additionally, salary increments did not align well with the responsibilities or experience gained over time.
