      Pros

      Been with this company for a year now. Had a good experience so far, there are learning opportunities. Depending on project, office attendance is made mandatory. Leaders and peers are very supportive and collaborative. Always high energy in chennai office with lot of engagement activities.

      Space constraints at times when more people join.

      Flexible work hours. Seniors and management are approachable and easy to connect with. Great learning opportunities with exposure to new tools and methods.

      Cons

      No hybrid work setup, work from home is limited to only 5 days per month. Lack of recreational activities.
