      Dynamic, fast-paced, start-up culture. This company allows you the room for growth and success in your career! The employees are welcoming and helpful, you can tell that Incedo has built an amazing environment to work in.

      Pros

      I know and have seen Incedo last 2 yrs. And the work, the delivery they do in my area has been really amazing. The quality of the work that matters and that's where Incedo team do it. The team has been innovative and collaborative which motivates the work environment. Lots of learning from the team too which can be very useful for the career growth.

      Cons

      Company needs to have a space for improvement as that's a piece is needed for every individual to company. While in a rush to deliver, I hope company can focus slightly on the work-life balance. Be flexible in in planning strategy, not every time aggressive or intensity is needed.
