      Pros

      The best thing about the company is even being an IT firm, it is trying to build a unique culture of high quality firms. Employees are centre of everything they do . Every feedback is taken very seriously and management is very open to listening to employees. Work quality is also very good and there is lot of focus on learning

      Cons

      The company is growing at a rapid scale and the hr systems have not kept pace.
