      1) Perks at job are good. 2) Hybrid model is supported 3) Agile methodology is followed 4) Good team work 5) Lot of changes in the betterment of the organizational growth

      Cons

      1) Sometimes lot of work pressure, ruining work life balance. But it depends on person to person and project to project. 2) Organization is still in growing stage, hence may lack behind the processes.

      Incedo is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work!The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at Incedo is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do.The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed.

      Because Incedo is growing so rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful for some.
