      Pros

      Incedo is growing rapidly. It's exciting to be part of a place that is fast, agile, and really helps to solve technology + business problems for best of the best customers.

      Cons

      Incedo culture and processes are evolving quickly. It's not a traditional old school, fixed processes, TPS reports, type of place. I think you have to like opportunities to be a problem solver and growth to thrive.

      I have been working from last 5 years more, i am really proud of an Incedo family because the following reasons; 1. Good company to learn and grow with multiple technologies. 2. Friendly environment and best teams members with good technical knowledge. 3. Good work life balance and great management. 4. Incedo has good talented leadership teams. 5.
