Work life balance is good as company has less work and you will find enough time to search work for you. At the time of hiring, I was told that I will be doing a lot of Python automation. and that was the only reason I joined Incedo for Pune location. The day I joined, I got a hint by one employee that there is no Python work in the team I joined but every time I discussed with management, they told me to wait. And that time never came when I could work on python in Incedo. Finally after more than a year management also informed that there is no python work and I can take my decision accordingly.

Incedo leadership and partnership with Clients are very strong. I like the following about Incedo: 1. Quality of work: Work quality is really good and we used all latest technologies. 2. Incedo University: Incedo University is one of the best initiative of Incedo. By this initiative, we are getting courses to learn and upskill. We also have good learning plan for all freshers and trained them in Cloud technology as well. 3. Leadership: I'm working in Incedo from last 2+ years and learn a lot from our leaders. 4. Help in Covid situation: Incedo helped all Employees in Covid situation. They provided multiple services like: 24 hours support, help to arrange beds, injections, tablets also help to support family in multiple ways. I love all Incedo Initiatives which they taking to save our Employees and their family life. Many more good initiatives.
