      Pros

      Work culture of the organization is far better that it will encourage you for long term relationships. This is first organization I have ever worked with which always truly put their employee's interest and priorities first. Leadership is always open to feedback and takes all feedback seriously. I've never worked at a company that is so open and willing to make changes based on employee feedback. The compensation is much better than any other organization(almost equal to big brands). Every year new benefits for employees are getting added based on the employee feedback.
