Avoid joining if you have any other option in hand
Pros
- Reachability to higher management for your queries/questions - Good Work life balance, which is seem to be no longer the case after WFH.
Cons
- Things gets changed suddenly without any prior notice. - Notice period got changed from 2 months to 3 months and got applied for new+old employees who joined looking at 2 months notice period - Attrition rate is too high, and new people are afraid of joining this company, This is the reason they have so many open position since months and those keeps open. - Worst PMS analysis as mid-level management is not so good - By Information, they make feel new joiner that Next level research work goes on to their firm (Before joining, later everyone understand this is as good as support/service), So mislead by the hype they create before you join - Ok ok work quality, if you are looking for good work/technology then avoid it.
