      I have been with Incedo for about an year now and I have only good things to say about the org. 1. The entire leadership, the C-Suite, SVP & VP, is very approachable and value employee feedback 2. Incedo has transformed its business model from a staffing company to boutique consulting firm focussed mainly on Digital Transformation using Data & AI. As a result, the have been able to work on many challenging problems that cannot be solved using a cookie cutter solution and require innovative problem solving 3. Idea Meritocracy - The organization values people who are driven and want to grow rapidly while contributing to the firms growth as well.
