1.They ll pay high Ctc compared to other mncs thats the rat cake for new fellows to join incedo 2.They doesn't know how to run this company they hired all useless fellows to the project 3.Middle management is pakka shoe lickers to top mgmt 4.They will cut all your performance by saying new reasons that you not even heard off before 5. No process oriented it's problem oriented company 6.flexi benefit is there but so much paper work 7. if u enter into odc u have to submit ur mobile and u can forget your family 7. 3 month notice period 8. and when u skip to serve notice u have to payback the amount for left over days .i.e given more ctc and take back policy 8.No holiday or Saturday sunday for rest. 9. highly immature ppls are managing the team 10.incedo office will be equivalent to 2bhk house
