I am about to complete one year at Incedo and the journey was great so far. Incedo is employee centric and a great company to work. They value their people and take good care of them. You will get to learn new technologies. Good opportunities if you are really interested to achieve something good in your career. You will also get the chance to grow professionally with the help of trainings and certifications. Supportive teammates and the senior management.

Cons

For few projects , availability of devices(hardware) is a big challenge. This need to be improved from the customer side. Rest of the things are good and can be handled on a personal level.

Pros

- I get variety of stuff to work on, different projects. - never expected to work on everything in just 3 months, automation, security testing etc. - culture is good as well.

Cons

- one thing I didn't like is that, some things have to be done manually like, getting the access of some folders and installing applications requires IT help which we can't do on our own as we don't have such permissions.
