      Useless company to join

      You will get salary on time.

      Cons

      Useless management especially arun paul, he never meets any1 for any type of issue but still have the guts to reply on glassdoor comments as if they are doing great effort to improve. They don't value resources at all, they can loose a good resource to safe money. HR staff is super dump, they don't have any logical explanations to support their points.

      Best place to learn how to turn best workolace to worst

      Nothing other than salary credits on time

      Cons

      It says that the company is employee friendly...I don't understand what kind of friendliness it is. There is work from home policy in company...but you can't avail that. Flexible timing is there...but you have to complete min of 9 hrs. Managers can't see who is actually working and who is pretending...they fully support to the people who show off that they are working. Management is dumb. Don't expect good hike.

      It is regrettable that you left us with such a perception. Nevertheless, let me clarify upon a couple of points. 'Work from Home' policy is available basis nature of the job and is availed by many, across the organization. If the same demands an employee's physical presence at the work location, the benefit may not be extended to him/her. Further, increments rolled out for the current year at Incedo are higher than the market standards. Arun Paul

      Pros

      Work from home, no need to come to office , everyone from CEO onwards does that. Stick to one boss, do chaplusi and you will do well here

      Cons

      100+ fired , poor appraisals, management being hired, software engineers asked to go. Not a place if you want to work. No strategy , no ethics. most people work less than 8 hours. no new business
