There is NO best reason for any software individual professional to work with this company. Worked with this organisation approximately 3 years but I feel there is nothing in this company which can retain and stop people leaving this organisation.

Cons

1. All HR policies are actually designed in such a way that employees will get confused. 2. No employee friendly policies in company. 3. No proper management, response and communication at HR, Finance and Admin dept. for employees. Employee will be keep struggling to get information from all these dept. 4. No much good work and projects inside.

There is nothing good about this company. But only HOD & Co. of Bangalore are good till some extent. Rest of the things are in the hands of HR manager who sits in gurgaon, CEO & VP...

Cons

- This is not professional IT comapny. - No perdiem for onsite resources. - No full salary for Notice period. - Huge difference in compensation at same level of resources. - Bad leaves policies (Ex: no sick leaves), etc - No vision & future plans, no new clients added...

None, there is nothing good about this company except they are making fool of employees and forcing them to leave by hook or by crook.

Cons

Very bad at people management, planning and compensation structure. Because of flattering pathetic people are working as managers and they didn't even know about how to restart service of their product and what is remote desktop. and not know about Software Development Life cycle SDLC. How IT company process run. They have not client project, work only POC.
