      Pros

      What works best for me is the balance of ownership, collaboration, and technical depth. As a Test Lead in DataCom, I get real autonomy to shape testing and build Python automation. Ideas are heard, learning is supported, and the work isn’t micromanaged. It’s a place where quality efforts are genuinely appreciated.

      Pros

      Collaborative engineering culture where people are genuinely willing to help each other. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful projects and learn new technologies, and the code reviews are constructive without feeling nit-picky. Management gives us room to make technical decisions, and there’s a healthy balance between meetings and actual build time. The work environment overall feels supportive and motivating.

      Cross-team communication can be a bit slow at times, especially when multiple groups are involved in a feature. Occasionally priorities shift quickly, which can create some minor confusion.
