Business Outlook
Pros
One of the better consulting organizations; and absolutely the best among the ones I have worked for. Typically better than competitive salary, access to senior leaders in the company, appropriate communication, and more recently increased focus and direction for the organization.
Cons
Not all processes are sufficiently mature, but since it's a growing organization - need to give that benefit. Lack of maturity of the processes at times goes in favor of the employee and at times against - but overall it's fair.
