Pros

Small company, lots of freedom of action, great culture and some really solid people. Growing really fast and lots of opportunity. Very little politics - lots of roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Decent compensation.

Cons

Sometimes seems disorganized and unstructured - probably because it's still a small company. But I'd trade off lack of policies and procedures for a positive culture and freedom to make a difference.

very flexible and helping in terms of understanding client, professionalism , leaves, new joinings

Cons

Still need a better structure when compared to other CMM V companies , but still i find it very motivating to work in such a rapid growing firm
