Pros

Partial Work from home is still intact, hopefully for long - glass half full, iykwim!

Cons

Management - Directors and Sr Tech Managers - have caused a lot of problems for everyone in the life science department, since they joined. Usually, a new management would try to know their team members and work on their upliftment, encouragement, but these chaps seems to have - my way or highway - approach since the day one. Not a single LS employee is comfortable with their attitude. I am happy, a few of my colleagues have started to blow the whistle. They have destroyed the team's dynamic and made it difficult for the teams to function on day to day level. .> They have such an audacity to say that they can demote or fire anyone with a single email. .> They says that they have been given the power to fire anyone in LS, even if it comes to firing everyone on the floor, I know it sounds silly, but if you know what I mean - the attitude! .> Telling employees they wouldn't die if they come office, its just a cold! whereas, they themselves don't show up for weeks for the same reasons. .> They don't have respect for the teams and their opinions. Soon, if this continues, we will start losing more clients. l am sure they must be irritating them off too. The people being talked about here are incompetent in both domain knowledge and basic managerial skills. They never pay heed to employees feedback, instead, make their own polices and pass it off as organizational policy changes. If a single employee resigns, it would be because of these people. If they don't have basic people management skill then what is the use of their fancy degrees and past experience. If they just focus 50% on problem solving, provided they are competent enough, over time, Life Science would again become what it used to be. My honest suggestion would be to steer clear of the life science department. If you are being hired for any other department, Incedo is a fine organization.

Pros

Not even a single Pro

Cons

Firing in large amounts 3 months notice Even if you resign, they will ask you to get relieving in 15 days itself. They are so unethical that they will say that they agree on 90 days notice but then will suddenly send a mail that today is your last day. When you want to negotiate notice they will be adamant. There are no fixed policies. Whatever the individual HR or Manager thinks, they apply. No ethics or respect in the workplace. No Project with the company. Do not join at any cost.

Pros

I recently joined here but did not see any Pros in my 6 months of experience here.

Cons

No proper infra and building People are mannerless Managers and Senior Managers do not care about you. They will make you work for endless hours without any credit or appreciation Inter-department wars are on always, and you who are actually working will suffer due to this No work and no job security Sometimes it feels like you are a part of a company that is totally corrupt and will never favor you, be it your manager, senior leadership, HR, or anyone. You will feel lost and alone most of the time. Three months notice period is way too much. You will be trapped here.
