You will get salary on time.

Cons

Useless management especially arun paul, he never meets any1 for any type of issue but still have the guts to reply on glassdoor comments as if they are doing great effort to improve. They don't value resources at all, they can loose a good resource to safe money. HR staff is super dump, they don't have any logical explanations to support their points.

Flexible timings but you have to complete 9 hrs like labours

Cons

Never recommend to anyone to join, people are doing just politics around senior management and surviving if you don't do, you will be fired
