      Pros

      Nice place to work. I am really enjoying working with IB Technology. Team Member and Management is very supportive. We get opportunity to come up with new ideas to execute for betterment.

      No specific comment.. As similar to service industry. But talented and performer get rewards always.

      Best if you want to come to a place to prepare for your future studies/career making while getting in hand salary.

      Cons

      Teams and its members working for internal clients (Indiabulls subsidiaries) are treated like crap. Teams working for external clients are treated better though and they also have better work.
