No accountability for account managers, they can do whatever they want without having to answer for any of their actions Treat consultants better than employees no career growth the office environment is unhealthy you are not working with the best and the brightest more concerned about the bottom line then growing employees professionally most account managers have never managed people and do not know how to manage people
