      Pros

      - Good Training in Tulsa HQ office - Good pay if you could climb the commission ladder

      Cons

      - Leadership makes you fearful for your employment if you aren’t hitting targets - Leadership in our office held a different standard compared to Tulsa HQ. Often misleading. - Decent amount of turnover - High stress environment - Clique mentality in the office, some people are liked more than others for no apparent reason - Compared to other recruiting firms there are extra steps in your workload each day - Unaware of what some management was doing on a daily basis. Very hands-off at times, but they expected 110% out of you at all times

      Pros

      - Great first job out of college if you need to gain experience - Every other Friday off but you are working 40 hours within 2 weeks

      Cons

      - Very little room for growth - Toxic office culture - Very low base with a questionable commission structure - You have to go to train in Tulsa, OK for an extended period of time. They do not reimburse you for any current living situation you are leaving behind and pay you the market rate in Tulsa and not the market you will be working in - Micromanaged by account managers and branch managers - Turnover that occurs is overlooked & downplayed - Benefits are very subpar
