      Pros

      - Hardworking people. - If you perform well, you're treated well. - People are always willing to help.

      Cons

      - Micromanagement from Account Managers and others. - Account Managers have no formal training leading Recruiters, leading to lots of micromanagement and unrealistic expectations. - $40k/year at max for the base salary, regardless of qualification. - Competitive commission structure, but only for Account Managers and IT recruiters, even then Recruiters are generally devalued. - Predominantly white. Lots of conservatives. Stuffy interactions, at times.

      Pros

      Everyone is really nice, very thorough training program

      Cons

      Old fashioned structure of working in office and non-flexible company hours. They pride themselves on culture, but account managers do as they please and recruiters are stuck in a very rigid schedule. Base pay is not even close to enough to live on, which I understand is to motivate you to make more in commission...but sometimes commission as a recruiter is out of your control (if your account manager is going to continue to sit in their office and not go out and get new business). The Tulsa office in particular really needs to look at their AM's and evaluate what is working and what isn't.

      Pros

      Growing company but still feels small. Good leadership at the top that allows branches to thrive under local leadership. If you perform well, they treat you very well $$$. It takes time to grow to that number.

      Cons

      health, family and other benefits are lacking.
